We used Kayla Belle events for our wedding. It was a wonderful decision! Janelle met with us several times, came to the venue for a run through, and was available to help us make several purchasing decisions. Janelle was wonderful, dedicated, and provided great innovative ideas. She really listened carefully to our vision. She scouted out flower stores that would best suit our needs and gave great recommendations. We gave her a huge task that was new to her, to make our wedding ceremony canopy (chuppah), and she was honest about what she could do, and then exceeded all expectations! It was one of the most beautiful chuppah’s we had ever seen. Janelle was able to work within our budget and stuck to it! She also constantly reminded us of what an exciting event this was in our lives so we wouldn’t focus too much on details. The greatest advantage of working with Kayla Belle Events and Janelle is that we did not have one worry on our mind the day of the wedding, and the job was executed seamlessly. About a month and a half before my 100 person, loft wedding, my mother panicked and (rightly) told me that I needed a Day of Coordinator. She went online and found a few that I called for impromptu phone interviews. I was unsure how to make sure that I was getting the right person so I asked for a few samples and references from everyone. Janelle of Kayla Belle was the only one who got me what I was requesting, made me feel like she was actually listening to me about what I needed/wanted and provided great references. She was available for all of my emails and calls and foresaw things that I had no idea I needed/wanted. “There is a LOT that goes into a loft wedding as we have to bring in all rentals, linens, decorations, flowers, etc and Janelle coordinated everything. She even brought an assistant to help, knowing that I had bitten off more than I could chew.
On the day of, though, everything went swimmingly and it was literally all thanks to Janelle. I think my wedding would’ve just been a series of tables in a corner with flowers haphazardly strewn about if it hadn’t been for the most amazing person in the world, Janelle.

I was having concerns about planning my tenth anniversary wedding vow renewal service at a resort in Cozumel, Mexico. Janelle encouraged me to celebrate the occasion, even suggested consultation if needed. I have natural hair and was trying to find a special hairdo for the ceremony.
